Refund Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

Important ⚠️ : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation and a refund of your order by contacting us via e-mail at contact@endro-cosmetiques.com.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Endro company will refund the sums paid within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same payment method as that used during the order.

Conditions to be respected by the customer: 

Returns must be in their original and unopened condition.

In this regard, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may prevent the right of withdrawal.
